I'm Roelof, continuously learning and developing my skills in IT support, workplace management, endpoint administration and Microsoft technologies.
I enjoy understanding how systems work, troubleshooting technical issues and helping users find practical solutions.
In recent years, I have been developing my skills in IT administration through certifications, practical labs and self study.
My learning has included Windows, networking, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows Server.
My CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications have helped me build a solid technical foundation.
Alongside my IT development, I have several years of experience in customer service and technical backoffice work.
This has taught me to listen carefully, analyse questions, communicate clearly and work accurately.
I believe this combination of technical interest and service experience is a strong foundation for working in IT support and administration.
I also have been learning Python, Django and web development.
Through these projects I gained experience with debugging, command-line tools, Git, GitHub and deploying applications through the terminal.
This strengthened my analytical and problem-solving skills and gives me an additional technical perspective when approaching IT issues.
